Winsome Woodware is all about creating beautiful wood shapes and products for both display and use. Products are typically made using a variety of live edge exotic hardwoods. Each board is unique and all boards are finished with food safe waxes. 

The creative process involves finding raw wood with interesting active grain patterns, planing to desired thicknesses, stabilizing and repairing gouges, cracks, bark and other faults, cutting and sanding to create the final shaped boards, and a variety of finishing techniques depending on the wood and desired finish. Each layer of finish can require 2-4 weeks to fully cure resulting in total production times of up to 6+ months.
